"Lăutar" is a song by singer Pasha Parfeny. It represented Moldova in the Eurovision Song Contest 2012.〔http://www.eurovision.tv/page/news?id=47303&_t=follow_the_end_of_the_super-weekend_on_eurovision.tv〕 It finished 5th in the first semi-final to qualify for the grand final where it finished 11th place. Backing vocalist for Parfeny, Aliona Moon represented Moldova the next year.
